Akash Wairale
Akash Wairale is the founder and creative force behind the Animation & VFX programs at Design Sphere Academy. With over 15 years of industry and teaching experience, he brings a unique blend of professional expertise and mentorship to aspiring creators.
His core specialization lies in storyboarding, character design, concept art, visual development, and art direction. Throughout his career, he has helped students and professionals understand how powerful visual narratives are built, from initial concepts to production-ready designs.
Having worked across animation, film, and digital media projects, Akash has developed extensive expertise in pre-production workflows, creative ideation, visual storytelling, and character development. His passion lies in nurturing creative thinking and helping students develop strong artistic foundations that align with industry expectations.
Ar. Chintan Pasad
Chintan Pasad is the visionary co-founder of Design Sphere Academy and the driving force behind Amravati's first and only practical creative careers institute. With a background in architecture and over a decade of hands-on industry experience, Chintan built DSA to bridge the gap between traditional education and real-world employment.
His unique approach combines deep domain expertise with holistic student development. As a certified NLP Practitioner, Graphologist, and Career Counsellor, Chintan goes beyond curriculum to shape confident, career-ready professionals.
His philosophy is simple: a student who builds real skills, a real portfolio, and real confidence will never struggle to find their place in the world.

DSA secured its partnership with Mangalyatan University, Aligarh, allowing students to earn nationally recognized B.Voc degrees and Diplomas alongside their practical training.
Placement Partner Network Launched
Formal placement and internship partnerships with ArchiLearn, LifeLab, Studio 07, AA Studio, and Deft Studio were established, creating real employment pipelines for students.
