Akash Wairale
Akash Wairale is the founder and creative mentor behind the Animation & VFX division at Design Sphere Academy. With over 15 years of experience in both industry and education, he has dedicated his career to developing the next generation of visual storytellers and creative professionals.
His expertise lies in the pre-production stage of animation and film-making, where ideas are transformed into compelling visual experiences. Specializing in storyboarding, character design, concept art, visual development, and art direction, Akash has guided numerous students in mastering the creative foundations that drive successful productions.
Over the years, he has worked on projects spanning animation, digital media, advertising, and entertainment, contributing through concept creation, narrative visualization, and creative direction. His teaching approach focuses on helping students build strong artistic fundamentals while understanding real-world production processes.
At Design Sphere Academy, Akash mentors students in developing industry-ready portfolios, strengthening their storytelling abilities, and creating original visual concepts that stand out in today's competitive creative landscape.
Ar. Chintan Pasad
Chintan Pasad is the co-founder and driving spatial visionary behind Design Sphere Academy. A qualified professional architect holding both academic B.Arch and M.Arch design degrees, his passion for structural execution runs deep, but his focus on human potential runs deeper.
Over the years, Chintan expanded his professional focus far beyond architectural parameters. Working as a certified Metaphor Therapist, NLP Practitioner, Success Coach, and Graphologist, he integrates technical mastery with deep personal growth frameworks within classroom modules.
His educational belief is that structured mentorship crafts high-performing, self-aware individuals. At DSA, he structuralizes spatial planning modules while training design professionals to build deep confidence, pitch enterprise clients, and secure elite career paths.
